Sarit Shani Hay: Creative Spaces for Children


How do we create inspiring environments for our children? This book documents 25 years of creation of one of the most prominent designers and awards winner in the field of child environments. The book is dedicated to various aspects of children’s design from tailor-made hand crafted dolls through playful furniture design to imaginative spaces. A special chapter is dedicated to innovative learning environments in the 21th century.
The 350 pages bilingual book includes colorful photographs of different projects and objects, addresses the cultural and social context of child design and is accompanied by an insightful text.

Sarit Shani Hay is a multi-disciplinary artist and a pioneer creator who has dedicated her career to design the world of children as a mission and as a way of life.
